1. How do you balance your Accounting degree with your role here?
"It’s a perfect match. Studying Accounting & Finance means I love data, and Namco Funscape gives me a real-world playground to use it. Whether I’m behind the bar or managing stock, I’m using the analytical skills from my lectures to help the business run more efficiently."
2. What’s been your biggest win since joining the team?
"Stepping out of my comfort zone to lead our Christmas marketing outreach. I went from the classroom to pitching 'Santa Saver' bookings to local businesses. I ended up making the most bookings in the team, which was a massive boost for my confidence, organisation, and communication skills. All useful in any future finance, business or commercial role and just as important as technical knowledge."

"The trust and variety. One day I’m on reception, the next I’m helping with a marketing campaign.
