Where did your journey in sales begin?
"It started at 16 selling trainers at JD Sports. Since then, I’ve done it all—door-to-door, telesales, and now international markets. This industry is actually in my blood; my grandma used to empty cash boxes from jukeboxes and pool tables around Manchester, and my dad followed in her footsteps. I’m proud to keep that legacy going."
What does life as an International Sales Manager look like?
"It’s a massive learning curve. I’ve been given the opportunity to work on some major overseas projects and collaborate with partners from all over the world. Navigating different global markets brings its own challenges, but that’s exactly what makes the role so valuable — every project is an opportunity to grow."
What’s the most exciting part of the role?
"Having an early insight into new products. Whether it’s something we’re developing or a new release from our suppliers, getting a first look at the future of the industry is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. It keeps things fresh and constantly evolving."
What makes the team at Bandai Namco special?
"The travel to incredible locations is a great perk, but it’s the people that make it. I’m lucky to work alongside an amazing team. Even when we’re tackling complex international projects, there’s a real sense of togetherness and support."
